Jacqueline's and Steven's engagement photos

Ever since I got the dSLR, I've been itching to take wedding/engagement shots of people. When I found out that my friend Jacqueline was getting married, it was clear that she and her fiancé would be the perfect target for my first engagement photo session experiment!

We spent a couple hours last Sunday taking some photos at her condo and in downtown San Jose. We had such a blast! They were a bit camera shy at the beginning, and I was a little bit nervous taking engagement shots for the first time. Near the end, however, we became lot more relaxed and that's when it became much easier to take good photos.

Anyways, here are some of the pictures taken over the weekend. I hope I'll have the opportunity to take more portrait shots of people in the future!
