I'm still alive!

It just occurred to me that it's been over a year since my last blog post. Time flies.

Since the last time I'd actively blogged, Raptr has grown from 0 to 30 people. I now have a beautiful 8 month old daughter. Things have definitely changed!

I've been having a lot of ideas in my head on what I'd like to blog about for the next few months. Since my life has been fully integrated into Raptr, I've learned a lot about the lifecycle of a start-up and I'd like to share a bit about what it's like to be working at a start-up and the kind of things you should expect once you join a start-up.

Had a strange conversation with the blackjack dealer while I was playing in vegas:

Dealer: Hello. How are you doing?

Me: Fine

Dealer: Are you chinese?

Me: Yeah

Dealer: Wow really? No way!

Me: Way

Dealer: You're too good looking to be chinese!

Me: ...

1, 2, 3, 4 by Plain White T's

The radio was playing the song "1, 2, 3, 4" by Plain White T's today while I was on my way driving to the Raptr off-site event with Kevin  sitting by my side.  The conversation went something like this:

Kevin: Man.  This song is SO cheesy.

Me: I paid for this song on iTunes.

*5 seconds of awkward silence*

Kevin:  I'm so sorry.

Happened this morning when I realized that my co-worker Michael had stayed overnight at the office:

Me: So I heard that you stayed overnight at the office?

Michael: Yeah.  I've got a lot to do and my cat won't let me go to bed late at home.  He starts making as much sound as possible by 1am to annoy me until I go to bed.  

Me: Why don't you try changing the times on all your clocks at your hosue so that he won't think that it's so late?

Michael:  I've tried!  It didn't work!

The Challenge:
