Hmm... the entire thing is in Chinese, so I can't learn how to make minced beef over rice.

Patrick, can you translate it in English. I just eat the minced beef on rice yesterday in Alhambra, CA. I asked the chef (who unfortunately can't speak English), I asked the manager (who said "it's with brown sauce") aand I found your website that writes in Chinese. Please please please ... thank you!
